How to Clean Your AirRestore in a Few Easy Steps
THINGS YOU WILL NEED
RUBBING ALCOHOL
COTTON SWABS
#2 PHILLIPS SCREWDRIVER
1. REMOVE THE CASE
Unplug the unit. Remove the 4 screws from the back with a screwdriver. Gently pull the case free from the back of the unit.
2. RINSE CASE ONLY
Once removed, wash the OUTER COVER ONLY with water and dish soap under a faucet to remove build-up, dust, or debris. Set aside to dry.
3. CLEAN THE TIPS
Use a cotton swab to wipe each of the carbide tips clean of any dust or debris. For tougher build-up, wet the swab with rubbing alcohol.
4. CLEAN THE BARS
Wet a new cotton swab with rubbing alcohol and wipe away all build-up from the metal bars on the back of the Energy Catalyzation Plate.
5. CLEAN THE SCREEN
To clean the screen, remove it by sliding it up and out of the rear holder. Brush to remove loose lint. Wash under a tap and dry thoroughly. When dry, replace the screen with the holder from the top. Make sure that the screen is placed with the wide side horizontal and fully inserted into the bottom of the holder.
